WorldNutDaily goes off deeper end, blames Constitution for problems and says the US should dissolve

Maybe you thought that "Hey, these guys can't get any crazier, right?" Understandable, but buddy, you were wrong.

First from a WND writer:

Of all the dictators over the past hundred years, I believe Obama's rise to power mirrors that of Adolf Hitler's more than anyone else. I know, I know … I can practically hear readers chuckling. Enslaved people throughout history have a propensity for chuckling – until they wake up one morning and find themselves in chains. So, by all means, feel free to chuckle – but do hear me out.

Under the Articles of Confederation, the central government of America was very weak – which was a good thing. It was true then, and it's true now: You can have a strong government and a weak people, or a strong people and a weak government – but you cannot have both. Today, we have a draconian, out-of-control government and a very weak people. Arguably, democracy in this country started to break down in 1787 when the Constitution created a strong federal government. It got worse – much worse – under the fascist policies of Woodrow Wilson's reign from 1912 to 1920. Then, beginning in 1932, FDR's failed socialist policies took away even more individual freedom from American citizens. And the final disintegration of true democracy in the U.S. was catalyzed by the left-wing revolutionaries of the '60s.

So if you're wondering how Obama and his Marxist cronies have been able to violate the Constitution as though it didn't exist, the answer is that they are merely taking advantage of the decay of democracy in the U.S. that was already present when they came to power. While Americans have been busy focusing on sports, reality TV, eating out three nights a week and trying to pay their mortgages, the fascistic socialists in Washington have been quietly working to establish a dictatorship based on the ruins of our democracy (which actually began as a republic).

And this from Joseph Farah himself:

My view of Perry changed from favorable but skeptical to highly unfavorable overnight this week after I read his comments to GOP donors in Aspen, Colo.

Essentially, Perry said he is just fine with New York state's decision to approve same-sex marriage.

If America is to rediscover its greatness, citizens of all 50 states will need to rediscover the common values that brought us together as a nation in the first place – not just all go out and do our own thing, with every man doing what is right in his own eyes. The only viable alternative is, quite literally, a break-up of the nation.

3. Where is all this lost freedom that they keep referring to in the 60, 70, and 80's?
The right to lynch blacks? It's like a one-trick mantra with them.

6. Pretty much
Statistically, the whole world is more free, but that little "We've lost freedom" thing appeals to the individuals who see gay people, interracial couples, religious or racial minorities, etc. and can't call the police on them "Just 'cause", that makes them soooo mad.

8. It's sick that they really, truly want to start a civil war over the fact that...
...black men and women are people too, and gay people can hold hands.

Doesn't seem worth killing a half million people or so for, but who knows the mind of someone who reads that site for accurate info in the first place. If they get their wish, I'll make it my life's goal to make certain they rue the day they decided 'enough was enough' for their life-without-bigotry.

7. They are not out of the mainstream, serious
TIME Magazine had a nice image of the Constitution shredded on the cover (yesterday at the dentist office) and they were making the same argument.

That said, these people really need to read on what happened with the Articles of Confederation which is what they want to go back to.

a good thing."

Yeah, that's why they lasted so long. Why can't these fuckers understand that we don't have to repeat all the mistakes of the past to realize that these things were tried and didn't work?

14. Spin spin spin
While I am no fan of Joseph Farah or WorldNutDaily (puke), you have to watch out for that tiny grain of truth followed by the huge gaping holes in their fairy tales.

The Constitution did NOT go far enough in protecting the people from the rapacious fingers of the elite. What has happened in this country is on account of that lack and that's exactly what the anti federalists were warning about and predicted would happen.

Antifederalist No. 1 GENERAL INTRODUCTION: A DANGEROUS PLAN OF BENEFIT ONLY TO THE "ARISTOCRATICK COMBINATION" http://www.wepin.com/articles/afp/

Add to that batch of writings, well over a dozen delegates to the convention refused to sign the Constitution for the same reason as above and without the addition of the BoR (under protest), the whole thing would've died a bornin'.

But then this bozo know-nothing writer from WND skips right over the next few hundred years of dirty dealings by the banksters and greedy speculators who bought special favors from crooked politicians and lays the responsibility for the entire fuckup on Obama? Give me a friggin' break.

Yeah, there'll probably be a breakup and it isn't going to be fun.

Last I checked Democrats still hold the executive branch. My question is will Republicans run the separatist prick from Texas for President?

19. All I know for sure is
if the ballots for '12 had a "none of the above" option, that would be the hands down winner. NObody's happy these days.

I can't answer your question about Perry, anything could happen between now and then, including sedition and martial law under the worst case scenario.
