I am surprised that no one on DU has used this term. |
When a handful of thugs hold this country's money hostage I believe it should be referred to as "economic terrorism." Therefore, tea party members are terrorists. Can I get an amen?

2. Actually, I called them Tea Party Terrorists in a thread last night. |
I think that term needs to go viral, Twitter, FB, etc. Time for us to frame the debate for once.

6. You mean Republicans. There is no such thing as a 'Tea Party' |
and no members of said non existent Party. Not one member of Congress was elected as Tea Party, each and every one of them is a plain, simple Republican. So sure, call them terrorists, but please stop claiming they are different from the Republicans, because they are not. There is no such thing as the Tea Party. It is at best a caucus of the Republicans.

When I called my congress creep yesterday, I went rhetorical and asked who the hell was terrorizing me more -- a bunch of bottom feeders on the other side of the world or my "representatives"?
