Tea Party is Way off the Deep End...Is it Safe to Call them Economic Terrorists if we Default?
Just heard something really unsettling. Tea Baggers are praying in the Congressional Chapel instead of talking to Boehner and meeting with the Republicans. They are asking God for guidance...this is so fucking terrifying.

1. Yes it is. They are just as unbalanced and dangerous as jihadists, only maybe even
more so because they have POWER in our country. And they listen to no one but their own schizophrenic voices which they believe to be God. And other teabaggers who are as delusional as they are. Scary.

BTW, is this the same God that Rick Perry asked for rain in Texas last year?

5. Right now, Rick Perry's god seems to be mocking Texas with TS Don
As of a day or two ago, Tropical Storm Don seemed liked it would hit the center of the Texas coastline and move inland over much of the state. This morning the likely landfall has been moved further south -- and due to high windshear from the north, most of the precipitation is south of the center of circulation. Mexico may get some needed rain out of this, but most of Texas won't get much.

If that is what Tea Party prayer does, I think we'd better keep them locked out of that chapel.

4. I feel the Republican party will no longer
exist if they do not weed out the Tea Party from their ranks. The Tea party is something that has taken hold. I don't know who or what is behind them but it must be something powerful. Our country has become the "Good, the bad and the ugly". We have created mountains out of tiny molehills.

6. Blocking all progress = treason
I believe that it is treasonous for the GOP and specifically, the Tea Party to block all forward progress and then state on TV that they are doing it to make Obama a one term president. what are we paying them for? I think that our elected officials should be totally focused on making life better for the American people - All American people!!
There needs to be a balance between the increase in salaries and the increase in corporate productivity. The people are the reason for the increased productivity and the middle class deserves a share of the profits. We have been told over the past 20 years that we are lucky that we have jobs so we better shut up and keep our nose to the grindstone because the business doesn't want us for a full life-long career.
Now, we can see the figures - middle class wages are basically flat - Corporate hierarchy +400%

The trickle down theory is dead because of corporate greed and we definitely need to strengthen the unions especially in sight of the Wisconsin problems. Townhall just put out a request for donations so that they could "stop these special interests from upending democracy." These are the unions they are talking about. Why is it that the unions contribute money from union dues but the CEOs can now donate as much money as they want from the corporate profits without donating an equal share in the interest of the rank and file. Somewhere the Supreme Court has lost it's common sense or they are just as bought as our congress!!!
