and let them know that the House bill is unacceptable and they must compromise with the Senate.

1. And remind them of their solemn pledge

Remember how they absolutely, no questions asked, categorically and undeniably promised never to vote on anything without publishing it 72 hours in advance? Their poor little heads just ached from all the times legislation was passed that "nobody read" ahead of time, and that was sprung on the public without warning.

Where is the bill so we the people can review it prior to the vote?
