Have you made phone calls today?
I did! I called Kyl's office and Jeff Flake. I also mentioned the teabaggers and I also told them I won't call them a tea party they are tea baggers who are here to destroy this country with their leader Grover Norquist. Who in the heck is Norquist making elected officials sign a pledge when Norquist is not an elected person. Actually the person at one of the offices agreed with me and he understood. I also said that I am tired staying awake at night worrying whether I can pay my rent, electricity and other bills. Stop playing games with the American people and stop taking the side of the corporations. I was pissed but they listened. I said that if we go into default - I will come personally to their offices with my bills and I expect them to pay them. I will stay there until they do.

2. I talked with my rep's staff
I asked what the rep was going to give up in this 'shared sacrifice' and was told that they voted against a pay raise and their office expenses have been cut 11% over the last two years. I told them that giving up a pay raise was not giving up anything and that office cuts only effected the staff.

He is a republican and said that everything was on the table, even military, except SS and M&M. That was good to hear
