5. That's the one that I screamed "Raise Taxes" 3 times
before I hung up on her. She kept telling me they "had to make cuts" I told her no, we needed more revenue. She wanted to argue, then I started screaming to raise taxes.

9. I would guess that the staffers are dealing with the phones calls
that are coming in and is getting thoroughly frustrated. When you work in a congresspersons office you understand more than the congressperson does just how angry the public is. They are the ones that get yelled at.
