How come in all these headlines or numbers they only point out Obama, they never compare it to the repukes in Congress for instance?

If I wasn't cynical, I might think they were trying to sway opinion

p.s. Ya can't go by just one poll, because the republican backed polls always give Obama low numbers.
It is better to keep on eye on the 'average' of ALL polls over a period of time.
