An interesting book to read
Just picked up "Back to Our Future" by David Sirota yesterday, already halfway through it. It is a sociological examination of how our current political and personal attitudes were formed during the 1980's. A very interesting, insightful, well written book that I recommend to everybody. Just thought I'd pass it on.

It explains the current attack in the West on the social safety net.

3. I just finished reading it.
Very scary book. Far more terrifying than anything Wes Craven could come up with.

4. Oh, I don't know about scary,
But I've had several "aha" moments with it. It also verifies several theories I've had along the same lines as Sirota during the eighties and ever since.

5. It's just scary because it's shown how many people are being brainwashed by 1980s culture.
