The GOP with the help of the MSM (NATCH) is going to use the shooting of a DEMOCRAT to shut down any push back to their secret plan to steal everybody's life savings and give it to the rich!

Pensions, social security, medicare, public schools and civil servant jobs are all on the table now.

I suffered Fox News all day yesterday for clues of what was to come.

Aside from smug victorious facial expressions and a short discussion on "Who will take Giffords' congressional seat if she's unable to serve. "Can the Gov appoint someone?" No "Oh darn!"

The plan seems to be this.....

Go full speed ahead with spending cuts and if the Democrats protest shut them up with...

So this is the REAL reason for the "WE BOTH DO IT" meme!

They got to protest at the top of their lungs for two years but now that it's our turn....

We will be expected to sit silently and watch the GOP loot the middle class as politicians congratulate themselves on their new climate of co-operation and civility!

They're going to use this to SHUT US DOWN!

1. They are so full of it - they are trying to cover up their lunatic fringe.

They might have an argument if there was something to compare, but there's not. They have their tea partiers, libertarians, and the old school republicans. We have moderate dems and old-school liberals. They might have an argument if we had any hard-core leftists remaining and actually had a voice, but as y'all well know the communists were purged out of this country in the 50's, and there are few even on DU. I think I could name all using two hands.

inciting violence? In the 1960s protesters were charged with inciting riots for much tamer speech than what spews forth from right-wing radio every day. There's clearly a double-standard on this.
