But, oh…. We need to send MORE god-damned Republicans to Washington (to screw things up even further).

clearly put the most lame on GW Dimwit... it basically said that the national debt as of today is over $14 trillion and, line by line, said $1.something trillion occurred under Clinton, $4.something (almost five) under Bush the lesser, and just over $2.0 trillion under PBO. (I believe the remainder was already there before 1992)... in any event, if I find the graph I'll come back and post it.
