Silhouette City (2008)

I've not seen the film and can't find anything but trailers for it on YouTube, but I received the Companion Guide to it today: A Kingdom at Any Cost: Right-wing Visions of Apocalypse in America

Has anyone seen this film? The Companion Guide (full book, actually) looks very good, and timely given the resurgence of Christian Right extremism. Mark Juergensmeyer wrote the "Forward" to it, and I was certainly impressed with his book Terror in the Mind of God: The Global Rise of Religious Violence (2003)

Anyway...anyone seen the movie? Anyone know where I can find a dvd of it?
