You hear that the interest rate to borrow money is low
Its really not its around 18%...

Must of the middle class cant't get loans
unless they use their credit cards, that didn't happen
until this decade.

The Banking systen is set up for everyone to be in debt
except them

owns homes and should have access to a low interest rate home equity loan. I do.

That a Bank will loan on decreasing property prices
