Dear Mr. President,

You have given more than enough, including no tax increases (even for the wealthiest 2%) and cuts to S.S. and Medicare. The Republicans are doing nothing at this point except 1) appeasing the tea-baggers and 2) trying to make economic conditions worse in the country (at least perceptually) to make people "want a change" going into 2012.

President Obama, you are a decent man. You have tried for a long time to work with the Republicans. However, they have made it clear--repeatedly--that they have no interest in working with you, their sole interest is to take complete control of the federal government in 15 months and make your presidency a living hell in the meantime--for yourself and all Americans. There comes a point when you have to say "enough". If the Republican House does not accept Reid's plan by Tuesday, it is time to invoke the 14th Amendment. Americans say they want "compromise", but if they really did, your approval ratings wouldn't be in the negative right now and the pressure would be on the Repukes to give up their partisanship and work with you. What the American people really want is a leader who "kicks ass." So DO IT. And if you'd like to borrow my boots to put it up John Boehner's ass let me know. :kick: :kick: :kick:

Iraq of Afghanistan so that Jet Plane owners don't have to pay a tax.

I can serve 4 three years and get my social security and medicare if I leave the military at 68 in good health and in good military standing .. ready to deploy again in the next 2 yrs.

If not, I'm on my own until 75, if I make it that far.
