10. The reason I think you are wrong is because there is no way folding

would be a good political move for the president and he knows it. As I have said before: Dems are going to let this thing go to the last minute - letting the rethugs continue their we hate government rhetoric - until they are backed into a do it or don't corner. Dems will them put a clean bill before them - yes they may refuse to pass it - just more proof they hate America. Then President Obama will use the 14th amendment because it is the only alternative left. We win. At least that is how I would play it.
