Bachmann asked MN taxpayers to pay her cable TV bills

When Michele Bachmann was a senator in the MN legislature she billed the senate for cable TV in her Stillwater home.

"Bachmann submitted an itemized Comcast bill for reimbursement that listed the following cable service: Standard Cable (includes basic 1 $8.96, Expanded Basic $30.51, Basic 3 $3.32) $19.99 (discount subtracted), paid on February 11, 2005.

She submitted cable bills 2 more times:
$102.11, paid June 1, 2005
$76.38, paid March 14, 2005

Bachmann said it was job related because she can watch school board and government meetings on local public TV.
