4. Sessions has been filibustering so much he's confused that cloture is NOT a vote on an issue!

Mr. Sessions, it is a vote on whether to "continue debate" on an issue and whether to let there BE a vote on it!

He just rationalizes that its a different kind of "direct" vote that they use for "more important" issues that needs 60 votes to pass instead of a simple majority.

Boxer rightly called him out on that crap!
