Nancy Pelosi will be the person that delivers a debt limit increase.
Any plan will have enough in it for her to deliver House democratic votes, that when supported by a few House republican votes, will deliver a bill. Boner does not have enough control of his side to deliver a bill that the Senate will accept. Pelosi being seen as the House caucus leader that has maturity and political skill will help House democratic candidates during elections of 2012.
