David Gregory is a piece of shit.
Jim Kramer who should be somewhere buried under a rock is a guest on Meet the Press.

Gregory, when Claire McCaskill eloquently states how we cannot allow money to continue to be funneled to big oil vs. mainstream America, Gregory interjects that entitlement programs should be on the table.

Another Republican guest accuses Obama of creating panic about the default crisis by lying to people about not being able to pay the military. He reads something stating that the Treasury can choose to pay whichever debts it wants. Nothing though about the shortage of $$ that won't cover all other debts or what other types of debt won't be paid.

Finally Tom Brokaw's bloviating was suposed to add credibility to the panel I guess.

All in all it's a sad day in America crisis or no debt crisis when the media is full of traitors like these.

2. They were all equally useless in the run-up to the Iraq War.
Just pathetic. No illuminating questions, just parroting what they've heard others say, no real information to impart. Most of the U.S.'s problem right now is a pathetic press.

4. The David Gregorys of the world have become part of the bubble. They no longer hold
the establishment's feet to the fire because they are establishment.

The day I saw him dancing on stage with Karl Rove I knew big things were coming his way.

And he makes no secret of it. Whenever I see his mug on my TeeVee I
reach for the remote because I know to expect a line of bullshit.

7. Jim Kramer? The "Who could've seen THIS coming?" Jim Kramer?
Edited on Sun Jul-31-11 10:52 AM by BiggJawn
I figured if he was still around I would have seen him on late-night cable, telling everyone what a great investment gold-plated zinc coins were.

Oops. I put the words "gold coins" in my post. I can guess what the banner and sidebar ads are going to be trying to sell me the rest of the day...

8. I haven't watched the MSM for years. I get my television news from Bloomberg. They are not perfect
but they try to present all sides, and for the most part it isn't an entertainment weekly

11. David Gregory doesn't know what the fuck he is talking about.
Social Security and Medicare do not add to the national debt. That funding comes out of your and my pay check if we are employed. If these right wing jack-offs want to end SS and MC then I want every damn penny back that was taken out of my hard earned money in a lump sum check!

I guess the libertarian assholes and tea baggers are trying to get our money back for us. Yea. Right.

I know the come back argument is,"Well the cost comes when you have to pay out to those eligible for SS and MC."
Exactly. Cut the military budget down to just 3 times more money than all other military nations combined instead of 7 times more.
End the zero payment of taxes to the government by billion dollar corporations and individuals and fund the damn programs to prove we are not a nation of using death for profits.
