4. My unscientific and totally anecdotal observation of cloud formations and their direction

leads me to suspect that Emily is definitely rotating. This is just before sunset in West Palm.

so most people around here are hoping for a strategically placed storm that will hit Texas and continue into Oklahoma.
I don't want anyone in the Caribbean to have to deal with it, though.
