10. Just as I thought. The Trigger was to be across the board CUTS

including Medicare(DEMS) and DEFENSE (Repubs).

This trigger would go into effect if when they
start reforms for Deficit this year the House
Members and Senators could not agree on cuts.

Then the trigger would automatically go into effect.

Leave it to the Republicans. Defense cannot be on the
table like that.

It is only on the table if they do not do the cuts themselves.
