3. The reason I am asking is because I am confused about what it really contains, and if he votes for
it that tells me it isn't as bad as many posters are implying

7. Always a good indication, in my book -- Bernie is one of my bellwethers. And
he KNOWS how tragic a default would be, unlike those smart assy Freshmen Congress members who just want to make a statement. So I'll be paying attention. If he DOES support it, I have faith he felt it was the best option possible at this late minute, not necessarily that he thought it was a great deal!

9. I suspect he will vote Nay
He's often one of the lonely, sane voices saying, "This is bad legislation".

But if he does vote Yea, then yes I agree with your assessment.
