there seem to be multiple instances where 911 was called and this kids mental state was called into question...where was the follow up? if he was busted for dope, then he was already known to police so when the cops were called by the college prof. that shouldve showed upon on the radar? right?? I mean the college kicked him out and told him he couldnt come back till he was checked out, did they follow up on any of it??

1. How should they have "followed up"? If he hadn't committed a crime, hadn't

showed very specific signs of "being a threat to others or himself", they can't do much.

They can't just arrest somebody because another person claims he/she is "worried".

Well, maybe under today's DHS policies they could.
