I had someone at work talk about the liberal hate radio. What would be liberal hate radio?

11. I just ate dinner with my grandmother and brought up the topic of...

...the shooting and the connections. When she began to comment that 'both sides' need to calm down rhetoric, I asked her to provide a single example. Here is her response:

"That one guy of Obama's, I saw him on tv with my own eyes, he was talking about how... Well, if people he disagreed with, and you know what I mean by disagree, but they would just... Well he didn't say it exactly like that, but he had this look in his eye, he was on the tv. I saw it with my own eyes so don't tell me I didn't see what I saw, he was talking about doing all that and he meant Republicans and you could see that he meant he'd make people. But I saw it."

Yeah. We're not going to get through to these people, they're convinced they saw SOMETHING with their own eyes, and God help us if we actually want to know what the fuck it was supposed to be.

14. That's the $10 million question. And there aren't any pretty answers, really.

Outside of giving them their ignorant revolution wish (I'm not supporting that idea), the only real solution I see at the moment is to give them what they want. They want to destroy us, as a party and an ideology, and they have the backing to do it. They have a culture of violence that supports the proposition. We have...intelligence and not much else. Give them what they want.

Give them their John Galt utopia, abstain from voting, and let them hang themselves on their own rope. If we continue to marginalize ourselves, we WILL be swept away.

Barring that, we need a RADICAL shift in philosophy somewhere, and the elimination (PEACEFUL!) of all of our 'leadership' ties. In essence, we need to Teabag the Teabaggers. But so long as they can simply affix the Nazi Socialist Communist label on us, they win by default.

For the record, if they cite Mike Malloy or Randhi Rhodes, that is the CLOSEST you will get to actual hate blabbering, and even that is a stretch.

I am willing to bet they are just repeating Rush's talking points from the morning show though... and the closest Rush got was the crazee at DU and Koss
