Jon Stewart: "worthwhile goal not to conflate our political opponents with our enemies" (VIDEO)
I do think that its important for us to watch our rhetoric, I do think that its a worthwhile goal not to conflate our political opponents with our enemies if for no other reason than to draw a better distinction between the manifestos of paranoid mad men and what passes for acceptable political and pundit speak. It would be really nice if the ramblings of crazy people didn’t in any way resemble how we actually talk to each other on TV. Let’s at least make troubled individuals easier to spot.

1. don't conflate, don't blame, let the crazy be crazy, and let those who demand
tax cuts for the wealthy OR ELSE, be political

because the political crazy and their sound machine is not the same thing as the crazy who listen intently to every word that say and watch every tactic with the greatest intensity

best to just take turns, they filibuster, you debate, they shut down the government, you offer reasonable alternatives, they interrupt town hall meetings, you sit quietly for your turn, and we all laugh as comedians lecture us on what passes for proper political discourse.

3. Can you please post what you know about the shooter's motivations?
BEcause as far as I know nobody knows what motivated this person. But you seem to know something no one else does. Can you please share it? Thanks.
