but a lot of the money goes to D/A high-risk CEOs who are borderline psychotics. Shareholders did not ask for 50 cent per hour Chinese replacement workers and a country that can't afford to buy their products any more. That would be a partial answer to Mental-Mitt.

Just because they're legally considered persons, does that make them people? Seems like there's a dangerous shift in meaning there. Hopefully he really did misspeak. I could see this idea actually be seeded into the public mind intentionally by interested parties.

The Soylent Green reference was my first thought, too. :D

If they aren't already, I'm afraid corporations may functionally be more like demigods than people. Giants walk the earth, in these times. We're all waiting for the flood.
