15. Other than Tmobile, I think you're going to be hard-pressed to find

similarly priced unlimited plans anywhere in the coming years. Especially if you want to set it up as a hotspot or tether it right out of the box (I know iphones can be "rooted," I just don't know how much functionality that actually adds).

I'd consider myself a pretty heavy user (Android user here), and still only average no more than 500-1GB per month, even with tethering. I'm grandfathered, but I don't consider the tiered plans to be too big a deal, at least on just a phone (although a tablet might be a totally separate issue).
