And don't give me the "mask wearing" business. I'm pretty sure there's an ordinance against that on the books in NY--and it's withstood appeal. They'll just start rounding 'em up if they don't show their faces....

8. Anonymous organized a protest at BART in San Francisco today

to protest their shutdown of cell phone service ahead of a protest. There will be another one next week. I love these people.

Wall Street targeted for Britain-style riots
'Day of rage' aims to 'bring down the stock market'

In the wake of Britain's riots, a group of American radicals are planning a "Day of Rage" targeting Wall Street and U.S. capitalism.

The upcoming protests, replete with a planned tent city in downtown Manhattan, is closely tied to the founders of ACORN and leaders of major U.S. unions, including the Service Employees International Union, or SEIU.

There are indications the protesters are training to incite violence, resist arrest and disrupt the legal system.

Face the Beast in it's den. Tactically what I'd like to see is a HUGE street demonstration, rowdy, raucus, and disruptive AND an attack on their computer systems at the same time.

These Anonymous people specialize in hacking and have the latest bells/whistles; ACORN people are probably still running WIN2000--if they're lucky. And the poor schmucks who are union workers don't have TIME to fart around on the net, never mind play hacking games.
