McCain brought us Palin. Palin brought us crosshairs. |
|
When McCain 'suddenly' surged in the primaries, I thought, "That's nice. He'll get a last hurrah, lose to Obama, and nothing will come of his nomination, except he will wind down as a 'party elder' and fade away."
But he gave us Palin and Palin has helped ramp up the hate and violent rhetoric like we've never seen before.
Thanks again, Senator McCain.

5. She could have been Vice President. |
|
The very fact that she was on the ballot...no, she was a governor.
I just cannot believe how lax our standards are. How could we let someone of this caliber (pun intended) be in an office of importance? She wouldn't have been soldering circuit boards in my electronics company. And she had the ability to rule over an entire state. This should be an outrage for Americans. Forget crosshairs. We need to address how someone like G. Bush could be a governor, and then a president. This is a very big loophole in our governing process. Where are the tests? And I mean tests for mental stability. These kinds of people have no business in higher echelons of government.

6. I was just saying something like that elsewhere. I have to take tests to get a job; why don't |
|
we have that kind of information about these people? LOOK at the damage she did to Wasilla!!! She's not the only person like this around and the way our politics work (corrupt campaign finance), every time, we're buying a pig-in-a-poke.

8. So, what's McCain saying about this latest |
|
statement of Palin's?
I heard this a.m. on Thom, someone state the following, which has so much truth: so, Loughner was a lone gunman, but the 9-11 perpetrators represent an entire religion and culture? Hmmmm....

10. Palin could have chauffered Loughlin to Giffords' TH meet and greet in AZ |
|
There obviously still would be hundreds of thousands, if not millions of whackjob handgun-toting teabaggers who would come to Saint Sarah's defense. My best hope is that perhaps there are tens of thousands in the US who have some degree of common sense, and who may still have been lingering on the fence about her, giving Palin what little shred remained of the benefit of the doubt, but are now completely finished with her.
