Anyone else think that the establishment Rs are busy derailing the Sarah Train right now and using |

the cover of upset Dems to do it? That has occurred to me more than once over the past 24 hours. Actually, I wouldn't mind helping them because the nation (or any state) does not deserve the havoc she has unleashed. I don't want her to get closer to candidacy than she is now. If we are going to compete with Rs, the least we can do is end up with opponents closer to reality than is she. I have cringed everytime I've seen or heard someone state that she and her ilk are to be desired as opponents. The problem with opponents is that they sometimes win. Let us not forget that.

taken. A goodly and godly portion of the American People, at least 17% them, believe that their god created everything 7000 yrs ago. They believe in the rapture, when 144,000 of them will fly through their SUV sky roofs into god's loving hands. Sure hope god knows how to unhook a seatbelt, though, unless he likes his bodies messy. They do not believe in evolution, as they spending every living breath proving that mental evolution does not only run in one direction. They think education is dangerous, that reading is a sin, that birth control insults god, that abortion kills while the death penalty is good for us. They love freedom of speech, so long as librul fascist nazi Bill Ayers-type commie pinko progressive democrat party folks don't have any. If we did, we might lie to their children and confuse them about the power of prayer and how to be saved by JEEZUS. They think freedom of religion is fine, so long as you can choose between methodists, baptists and evangelicals.
Using this event as a way to defang Sarah makes sense. Because they just know if they give her enough rope, she will not only hang herself (and her new curtains, a couple of stuffed moose heads, tie her fishin boat to the pier, and still leave enough to braid into a lovely outdoor jacket for Trip) she might even sow enough loathing into the Tea Baggers that they may disappear from the political scene. I suspect the GOP is giving lip service to the Tea Baggers just long enough for their own self immolation.
For myself, I am bringing marshmellows.

a great single malt as I ponder the wreckage created by Bush, and since then, the Tea Baggers.
And of course, a workable solution to the above.

3. They are defending her. and they will defend her. They simply |

believe you never admit a mistake if you are a Republican.
Instead you plow straight ahead with your agenda thus holding their grip on power.
GWB gave us the Republican Model. He got lots done.

She is not well loved by all Rs, some only tolerate her and would like to see her gone.

9. No, Tim Pawlenty tried to attack Sarah |
|
and the right went after him. I have no doubt those running against her will try to use this, but the right wing pundit attacks on Pawlenty show, you can't do it in the open because shes still got a lot of support among the establishment.
