Congratulations to Miss Simpson! :)

Being a runner for 35 years and having completed in all sorts of races and events, I still so love the sublime beauty of the mile and 1500m races.

3. The sprints are what I like to think of as the "action movies" of running. :)
Nothing gets me more than a perfectly executed start from the blocks. Those first 3 steps are visually powerful.
