8. And Bush had a GOP Congress for 6. And got his agenda, crooked as it was, through. |
|
Without a Congress that will work with him, NO president can accomplish ANYTHING. Keep that in mind when you next bash Mr. Obama for right wing's sake.

58 firm votes for democratic policies.

16. Let's see...there are 100 Senators. 58 Dem votes vs 42 Republican votes. |
|
And you can't get any effective Democratic legislation passed.
The game is rigged. Who is with us, and who is against us?
In order to save the nation, the President should have stomped on Harry Reid's and other Dem Senator's heads until they agreed to end the filibuster rule.

Looks like one more person upset with the Dems when the US screwed up and gave Congress to the GOP. The hypocrisy, it REEKS.

11. I am a big Obama supporter. He is the best choice. But he MUST stop |
|
compromising with republicans. Republican idiots take his attempts at defining policies that both parties can implement to help the nation as weakness. Time for Obama to use Executive Branch tools to shutoff republicans and get the country moving. Basically, President Obama must abandon compromise, back republicans into a corner, get the nation moving them continue to pressure republicans by becoming more aggressive as the country gains economic strength.

If I were him, I would say "Sayonara" and move to Hawaii and devote myself to family affairs.
Who needs death threats and the hatred of Democrats for what is a totally thankless job.

26. Thanksless, probably - but we brought this onto himself |
|
I worked like hell to elect Obama and still "hope" to vote for him. But unlike the pukes, we Dems don;t walk in lockstep and when a candidate - even the President, does not follow his campaign pledges he needs to appreciate that there are consequences.
I'd never vote for a republican, but I sure would propose a true progressive to run against him.
