I fear that the "blood libel" controversy will whitewash the hypocrisy |

of "her" statement. The cable news media will jump on the use of "blood libel" (whatever their position) and ignore the fact that Sarah Palin never mentioned the true victims of the tragedy (those who were shot, not those "libeled"), AND that she accused the media of being irresponsible and inciting fear, while claiming that words alone cannot provoke.
This MSM has been doing this, where she is concerned, for the last few years. When she accused Senator Obama of "pallin' around with terrorists", as well as the other "mob inciting" statements she made, the media chose to latch on to the cost of her wardrobe.
While speaking at the Conservative Political Action Conference the media ignored her hate speech and lies, and chose to focus on the use of her hand as note cards/teleprompter.
The MSM is so fond of kissing her ass. At worst, she is portrayed as a lovable goofball, instead of the dangerous hatemonger that she is.

3. Don't get me wrong, I DO enjoy that aspect |

But it dilutes the fact of what a truly vile human she is.

By the time they go over every detail of what she's said since the tragic shootings everything will be quite clear to anyone who cares to listen.

5. Haven't seen the full video BUT.... |
|
In either the statement or video I have not heard her directly express sorrow for Giffords. In the statement she offers condolences to the Giffords family but not specifically to Gabrielle.
My take is that she can't "man up" and do it because Gabby criticized her directly.

6. A lot of people didn't know the meaning of... |
|
Blood Libel. What they did hear, as I did, that she said she was sad...and you think, of course, we are all sad...but then she clearly means that she's sad about HER situation. I don't know if the woman is really stupid or just heartless. I'm sure there are many republicans out there who will have had the same response as I did. Then late....the news will inform them of the "Blood Libel".

She put out a so called condolence statement right after it happened, but I can't remember what she said. More garbage, I guess.
