Halliburton is suing BP for the oil spill !!!
I just heard it over the radio.
There will be justice at long last !!!
/sarcasm
Halliburton is saying they were given inaccurate specs. Hah in totally uncharted terrain. Deepwater Horizon indeed.
Always thought that was dubious yet auspicious name.
If memory serves Halliburton's role had to do with the blow out detector which had never been tested at those depths.
Can't verify that but the problem may not have to do with specs, but pressure.
It was a methane explosion that torched the heinous thing.
Perhaps GAIA farted in their general direction for their lack of reverence etc.
Let our corporate overlords work it amongst themselves I figure, and pass the popcorn please.
Just wish they'd knock it off and stop wrecking our planet for their short sighted idiocy and greed.
GAIA will survive.
Will we. . .?

They'll sue each other out of existence and only the lawyers will be left standing.

2. Yeah in my deluded world |

where there is a still a modicum of justice, the lawyers defending those earth abusers would be taken down.
Thankfully, I have much more faith in the "cosmic parole board."
Maybe they can straighten everybody out over time.
Blocked judicial appointments certainly will not.

3. Well, at least the lawyers will make out in this |

Their circular firing squad is maybe the first step. Maybe other groups will step up and do their litigation too.
Better news than I expected - thanks Stella!

4. Ewww... I hate to say it, but if I were forced to choose... |
|
which one is worse, I'd have to say Halliburton.
I can't root for either of them though. Hopefully, it will be a corporate "fight to the death" battle.
 indeed! (Organic please... Monsanto's done more than its share of damage to Gaia and humanity as well.)

Who's doing the worst to GAIA.
It's mind boggling.
Let's just hope and pray that the "cosmic parole board" will sort it all out with our fervant participation contributing to a much better end.

would you rather die from arsenic poisoning or burn to death?
I share the sentiments here of the corps battling themselves into oblivion.
Don't forget......Corporations are people, too.......yes.......and it only takes ONE truly vile person making the decisions for a corporation. Like Cheney, or Rummy, etc.......

Fantasy judicial opinion: "Each side has made excellent and irrefutable arguments as to why the other has not acted in the public interest, so I have no choice but to revoke both corporate charters."
