Has this been posted recently? If so I missed it, sorry if a recent repeat.

HANNITY: See, can I add one thing? I think we won the debate.

DREIER: We did win the debate.

HANNITY: When you think about the vast majorities that they have in Congress and they had to bribe, backroom deals, corruption, that’s all because the tea party movement, the people — all these Tim McVeigh wannabes here.

(CHEERS AND APPLAUSE)

HANNITY: Guys, thank you for being here.

12. Well yeah, that's A LOT of young Republicans
That means the caliber of most Republicans they are running are both something to be afraid of, and something that can be knocked to the ground in a cloud of logic.

7. Did you really expect anything different?
Although it is possible that they have no idea who Timothy McVeigh is.

9. It was sarcasm.

Stupid, bad sarcasm, but that's what his little pea-brain meant. That we Democrats think that all Republicans are Tim McVeigh-wannabees.

Which isn't accurate. We think that SOME are Tim McVeigh-wannabees. The rest are Terry Nichols-wannabees.

HA! That, too, was :sarcasm:, Michelle Malkin false equivalence listmaker-wannabees!

10. I've posted the 'sarcasm' remark as well to another video/post..
Edited on Wed Jan-12-11 08:02 PM by JustFiveMoreMinutes
... however I back-tracked on that one.

Reason?

My friend has a 75yo mother. She watches the news every day every time it's on. We were visiting one day and during DADT, a politician was using an example of 'we don't dig up dead soldiers and remove them from the Arlington Cemetery if we find out they're gay'...

She retorted.. THATS JUST STUPID!

Her daughter had to explain to her what the speaker meant.

The mom is still pretty sharp and just missed it that time.

So now, let's put that video in front of a large group of people, some a little less on the brainy side.. whose elevators stop a couple of floors before the top floor.....

and wonder how much SARCASM can be recognized.

I know it's sarcastic, you know it's sarcastic, but would a McVeigh / Loughner know it or would they think they have been SUPPORTED in their beliefs?
