1. I, of course know the story of Goebbels "suiciding" his entire family...

but this little snippet about one of his older daughters trying to fight back against the cyanide--that's news to me. What a horrific image. But, I cringe to think anyone would think more kindly of Hitler--just because he was apparently more kind to his secretaries. Though it is interesting. He was also apparently kind to his dog. So what makes a murderous monster a monster, through and through and others to have at least one or two redeeming qualities....:shrug:
