Let me count the ways I hate Nancy Grace... 1,2,3,4...

Previous post was a little too strongly worded.

Just saw a clip of her against my better judgement. I don't know what her political leanings are and I don't much care. Aside from her incredibly grating personality and voice she's the very definition of guilty until proven innocent (only with her it's usually guilty until proven guilty in the court of public opinion). The very concept of a fair trial seems to completely elude her. Everything turns into a public witch hunt and character smear champaign with her. I know I should save my hate for those who deserve it more, see the tea party, but I can't help it. I also know it's mostly just a rating game, hate and vitriol make for good TV. But I also think it's damaging to the judicial system in general to have a major news organization give someone like this even semi official recognition. Not that I should be surprised. We are talking about the same news organization that helped launch glenn beck.

1. Her show is tragedy porn, and is one of the indicators that our systems are broken.

That enough people watch her for the network to keep her on is as disturbing as her material.

On TV, her face was scarlet, her voice sounded like a veteran cursing Clinton at a VFW meeting. Her eyes almost bugged out of their sockets and she was spitting blood (well not really but you get my point).

Her program was almost entirely devoted to her personal outrage both before and after the verdict. And, damn, is she rude! She is extremely rude to her guests.
