I can't believe it! MSNBC has Lockup on tonight. |
|
It's a Monday night. Just because it's a holiday weekend, they have to run that fucking show! Assholes!

10. You're right. That's a good reason |
|
Though I'd rather see them show reruns of last week's shows. They're still relevant enough.

11. every day's a day off for me. I haven't had a steady job in over 2.5 years. |
|
I forget what holidays are these days. So ok, a night off for the employees is a good idea. I hope the low-level employees also got the day off. I just can't stand that the show Lockup even exists.

Convicts get three hots and a cot, probably start looking pretty good to quite a few of us fairly shortly.

about six seconds after the President's speech. Seriously. I was listening from the next room, and the audio went from Obama's voice to the disclaimer about content. That was a very weird segue.

13. They don't work weekends. I think they should do an omnibus show on weekends/holidays |
|
They could have all of their NBC affiliates send in their top three to five news stories with local reporters covering local news, and just air that shit. I don't know about you, but I'd probably get hooked on it--there's something that is fun and amusing about local news, and it's more interesting than 'reality' programming that isn't very real.
It would be cheap, too--cost them next to nothing. Interns could do a lot of the work. They'd just need a producer to prioritize the stories, put them in some kind of order, and decide how many blocks of programming they were going to have and how they might break it up--human interest, crime, medicine, children, pets, that kind of thing.
It sure would beat that bullshit LOCKUP show--of course, that announcer loves his paydays--he's rich reading the same old shit, show after show....

16. That is what I call MSNBC. I call it the Lockup channel. |
|
I rarely ever check MSNBC that it doesn't have Lockup on. It's the Lockup Channel. I call the History Channel the Hitler Channel, because all the History Channel ever has on is more and more shit about Hitler.
I despise having to pay for channels and then those channels are on some fucking auto-pilot loop most of the time.
