It was a bumper sticker and the car whipped by me so fast that I couldn't find the right attribution. Could be Eisenhower, could be the bible.
Essentially, the statement it made was, what did it matter if you possess the world if you lose your soul in the process?
Anyone know where it originated?

He was a white anglo saxon, legend and pictures tell us, who was dropped from the sky into what is now known as Palestine, about 2000 years ago. And I believe him.
What good is to gather up all these worldly goods if you lose your soul in the process?
