It is passion and the will to fight back.

Without those, the Republican Party is like a shark and they are emboldened by the smell of blood.

It is obvious that this has fired up a lot of Democrats. They are tired of surrendering to these lying bastards. They want their leaders to fight for what is right.

A depressed base has been uplifted by this incident. It is only made worse that our leaders fold to such a weak bunch of politicians - politicians without an honest argument to their name. They are a bunch of hypocrites surviving on hot air alone. How could anyone be bullied by such a group?

The American people understand passion and honesty and the will to fight for what you believe in. Those are traits they reward at the polls. They do not reward surrender and bi-partisanship.

I hope the leaders of our Party are taking notes...

1. The only thing that matters is if this translates to more votes relative to the GOP or not (nt)

2. Hoffa incident?
I have been more off than on my computer the last few days... sounds like something good happened? Could you post a link? I could google hoffa incident but given the name, that could reap more than a few possible links.

3. It is passion that we need. I am getting sick of saying
"oh, look, the nerdy kid gave the bullies his lunch money again".

I want to say "HEY. LOOK, the nerdy kid just swatted the bully! Let's go help him."

Not going to hold my breath, but hoping he changes. Not the hope and change I was looking for.

5. Indeed
Nietzsche wisely said, “be careful when you fight monsters, lest you become one”

But I think the key words here are "fight" and "monsters". Yes, we are fighting monsters here. In a fight you have to bloody the other side or there's no way to win. We could use a little righteous indignation about now...... hell, we could use a lot of it!

9. Exactly - The leaders of the party need to take notes
Who are the leaders? Someone needs to ask those at the top to either lead or move out of the way!
