1. The jobs bill will be attached to the Super Congress.
2. House Democrats are recommending the Super Congress raise the Medicare retirement age to 67.

In other words, will we be forced to choose between Medicare and jobs?

10. My dad...

...my dad is 64. He has been without his heart medication since he was laid off (from Borders) last year and lost his insurance. He could not afford COBRA. He's been waiting to turn 65. I'm sure they will raise it just as he turns 65.

I wish I could afford to take care of his medical expenses. It's a horrible situation.

An "Up or Down" vote on the whole "comprehensive package"
perfectly Teeing-Up another Hostage Crisis,
using some crumb for the Working Class to shovel another Windfall into
the laps of the Top 2%.

It only sucks if you are in the Lower 98%.


Unfortunately, I've seen this show before,
and it doesn't end well for the Working Class, the Retired, and the Poor.
