In 2008, I voted for President without holding my nose.
Apparently, this is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

In January, 2009 I had more hope for America than in any other time in my sixty-plus years. I'll again vote for Barack Obama in 2012, but I'll be holding my nose. "Not the Republican" will carry the day with me. How sad.

4. I won't be holding my nose
It is time we vote to have more dems in the house and senate to allow Obama to get tnings done. He will have more freedom this time around to accomplish his goals by gien him a mandate.

9. He is religiously opposed to my equal rights and thinks they
should be left up to the States, because my civil rights are not 'Sanctified by God' and other utter nonsense and superstitious bigotry. So you bet it is nose holding time. Some are comfortable with that sort of prejudice, I am not. To each his or her own, or as Obama says, to each that which his State votes to give him.

15. RIght on.
It's not my civil rights in question, but my mom's and my uncle's, so it may as well be.
Sucks, this lesser of two evils business.

12. That's apparently the latest meme, ie, excuse from this republican White House...
He had a very large majority in both Houses and phucked that up by phucking them over...

3. Yep, we're not voting for this guy
But against the other...lesser evilism.

We need to also take the party from the bottom.

6. Fine, no problem
Free country.

I will have no difficulty voting for Obama in 2012. Be glad to do it, in fact.

7. Take a lot of cotton to the polls, and start stuffing it into your nostrils.
Just holding the nose won't be sufficient in 2012. ;-)

10. So if holding my nose to vote for him is 'hate' then what is is when
he says I should not have equal rights because he thinks God does not like me? Burning contempt and raving bigotry?

17. Reaching out to the tea party -- a fake, fabricated entity -- just sickens me
Reaching out to the tea party then slapping down progressive Democrats to rub a bit of salt in the wound.

Oh yeah it STINKS alright.
