Holy shit! The Dems appear to have created a real winning message here. Follow through is another issue entirely, but for once we appear to have constructed a strong, simple, and clear message that has traction.

2. Jam the phone lines of Congress - even if you're repped by a Tea Partier
don't be silent, shove your rage into their brains and make it echo in their ears until the final vote. When they're sleeping in their houses, they should have nightmares about their poor constituents. As they walk to the Capitol, the voice shouldn't exit their heads.
