I'm listening to MSNBC analysis, but admittedly it isn't the best. What was the speech all about? Highlights?

2. He's pitching a new stimulus package, essentially, and calling out Republicans to pass it. nt

raise taxes on rich.

Except for raising taxes on the rich.
