Cutting medicare and social security?
Cutting payroll taxes, to undermine social security?
We know one thing for sure. All these jobs are definitely going to be created on the backs of seniors and people with disabilities. He's making that very clear up front.
And, Implement 3 new Free Trade Agreements, to suck more jobs out of the US, and destabilize wages and any remaining benefits until anyone lucky enough to have a job is working for minimum wage as temp workers?
Again, it falls into Obama's preferred formula.
1. Give a lot of gifts to businesses.
2. Then expect those businesses to create jobs because they are so grateful for those gifts.
But corporations are incapable of feeling grateful. They only feel greed. They have a compulsive need to only do what best feeds their bottom line.
If they can take all these gifts and create only minimum wage, unskilled jobs with no benefits, no skills training, and short durations, that's exactly what they'll do. They will get every benefit, and workers will get nothing.
If history is any indicator, when the government had created programs in the past that were meant exclusively for small businesses, large corporations always found ways to be the biggest beneficiaries. Expect that to be true again.
Expect that the government will not police for company abuses. If companies claim tax credits for jobs they haven't created, they'll still get the money. If they claim tax credits for more people than they hired, or for people they no longer employ, they'll still get the money. Government trusts corporations, but never the people.
