2. Thanks! This decision is a disgrace but it was VERY predicatble.

New Yorkers have been scammed for years about the "availability" of their new paper ballots. If they're not going to be hand counted in a close election as important as this one, it's clear that we were MUCH better off with lever voting machines.:hi:

And the assumption that paper ballots will be counted is a mistake, as we've seen over and over again.
