Originally from Ramsey, NJ and residing in Ridgewood, NJ on 9-11.
Jon joined our kindergarten class in the middle of the year. We went to school together until senior year.
I found out about Jon when Bill Geist did a segment on Sunday Morning. Not knowing it was Jon, Geist spoke about his neighbor who died on 9-11 in general terms about what a great guy he was, a great family man, a funny guy. And then the TV screen showed a close-up photo of Jon. I knew who it was in an instant. And for the first time since that Tuesday morning, I broke down, crying hysterically, called my mother, etc.
