I am guessing it escaped from a 10 year old. (Our car radiator cap exploded out and drenched us with hot antifreeze at a highway rest stop.) The car was in the sun and the temperature was in the 90's in Wisconsin. We were trying to save its life but it too got loose but we were not thrown out instead they found something to put him in with air holes.
I hate the world we live in where a child's pet could shut down an airport (if that is what happened).
