Why do societies have such different stats on crime. This statement is is one of the most ridiculous statements imaginable. This is ironic in that the more one conforms to society the more many segments of society are pleased. This was a big Reagan talking point when he was attempting to scrap programs to replace them with another propaganda Meet the new boss, same as the old boss.
