The Rick Perry flame-out has begun. |
|
He was a mess tonight.
I cannot believe he apologized for being anti-cancer.

1. "he apologized for being anti-cancer" |
|
As long as he added a "yeehaw" at the end, that will be enough for the teabaggers.

3. I agree, I thought he looked terrible tonight |
|
He definitely would be the easiest opponent to beat in a general election. Only appeals to the wing nut crowd.

Did he get all flustered, was he verbally stumbling around? He does that when he's put on the spot for a quick thinking answer. The man cannot think fast on his feet, but he's decent with rehearsed talking points.

Perry will be at 50% in the GOP by Oct 1, 2011.

7. Rerry is demagoging in front of a pseudo "Constitution" banner about those scary regulations |
|
...tarring the EPA for applause from his ignorant teabagger audience. What he wants, of course, is to give every pollution right to Pig Oil and never offer any incentives to match for renewable ANYTHING. It was just on CNN.

10. The Killer Soundbite... |
|
"I can't be bought for $5,000"...like he's not some cheap whore.
From a sane viewpoint he looked like a trash, but for the "let 'em die, I got mine, I hate brown-skinned people, Jebus loves me" caucus voters in Iowa and primary voters in South Carolina it's all good...

He won't give you the time of day for less than $50,000. If you expect serious tax breaks, contracts and such you'd better be planning on paying $250,000 - $450,000, He may be a lot of things, but Perry is not a cheap politician.
