It sounds good.

How many people, including Cain, know the true effects of this like an increase in poverty, or that Chile's debt is rated as C+?

Cain does not care, but I doubt most Americans know this.

6. Chile's debt was actually rated A+ a year ago, the highest in Latin
America. Chile also has about 6% GDP growth per year. About 11.5% live under poverty level.

Yes, that was a long time ago. Chile's economy has been doing pretty well--compared to much of Latin America--since the 1990s.
